Manufactured by the Windolph Tractor Company, Portland, Oregon.
It is powered by a Wisconsin Model 'TF', two-cylinder, 13.2 horsepower engine. It uses
a Borg-Warner three-speed transmission and weighs about 1,400 pounds. Many attachments
were available for these tractors including tillers, mowers, and the dozer blade on this one.
