A spinning wheel to making yarn

Wool is being fed carefully into the spinning wheel to make yarn.

The white spool of yarn is ready to be woven.

A loom used to make rugs.

The weavers at the museum should, by the time the next show arrives, have their own building to show off their displays. Shown here is a member using a spinning wheel to make yarn. Wool from sheep is carefully feed into the spinning wheel where the wool fibres are twisted into a long continous string. This string is then used to make cloth. Above is a loom used to make cloth or just about anything woven. In this picture the loom is setup to make rugs.
